We pride ourselves in providing excellent services to our community. However, should you feel that we have failed to meet those high expectations, we strongly encourage feedback in order to improve our services.
If you have any suggestions or complaints then we really want to hear from you.
An acknowledgement will be usually be made within 48 hrs and you will be notified of the outcome within thirty days.
We promise our response will:
Answer all points of concern
Be factually correct
Be signed by the person responsible for the reply
Contain details of the respondent
Get in touch with our Chief Executive using the email link below who will confirm receipt of your note and arrange for it to be appropriately followed up and brought to the attention of the Board of Trustees. Alternatively, you can also fill in the form below and it will be sent to the admins of the website, who can control issues within the blog, forum discussions and can block accounts if neccesary.
